Role Description

The Life Insurance Agent at Kotak Life Insurance will focus on identifying potential customers and recommending suitable insurance products based on their individual needs. Daily tasks include promoting and selling life insurance policies, building strong customer relationships, and providing comprehensive financial advice. The role requires understanding customer requirements, explaining policy terms, and ensuring high-quality customer service to clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Agra.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Brokerage practices
• Basic knowledge of Finance and its applications in policy recommendations
• Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship management
• Understanding of the insurance industry and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the life insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (specialization in Finance or Marketing is preferred)
