Role Description

The Life Insurance Agent role at HDFC Life is a part-time and remote position. The agent will be responsible for promoting and selling HDFC Life insurance products to individual and group clients, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions, and assisting clients through the policy acquisition process. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining long-term relationships with customers, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage processes
• Understanding of financial concepts related to insurance and finance
• Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries and build relationships
• Familiarity with general insurance principles and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
