Project Overview

We are urgently launching the Wellness Conversation Evaluation Project, a 3-day pilot with strong potential to expand into a longer engagement.

This project is designed to evaluate healthcare chat transcripts between users and virtual assistants. Medical professionals will review the conversations, assess the appropriateness of medical decision-making, and provide structured expert feedback on likely diagnoses, assessments, and care plans.

Your contribution will directly shape how virtual assistants support patient care, ensuring evaluations meet clinical and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review chat-based healthcare transcripts between users and virtual assistants.
• Analyze conversations and determine the most likely 

  medical assessment and care plan

  .
• Provide 

  structured, professional feedback

   based on clinical expertise.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and reliability in line with project guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and team by sharing insights to improve evaluation processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle all data in compliance with 

  medical, HIPAA, and ethical standards

Key Qualifications

• Preferred:

   Licensed Medical Doctor (MD, DO, or international equivalent such as MBBS, MBChB, Medical Diploma, etc.)
• Must be 

  fully licensed and practicing medicine

   in the U.S. (or country of residence if equivalent profile considered).

• Alternative Profiles:

   Final-year medical residents, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or international equivalents.
• Minimum 

  1 year of clinical practice

   as an MD (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, clinical reasoning, and written communication skills.
