Job Purpose:

To coordinate and maintain effective communication between the company and government departments, statutory authorities, and local communities for obtaining necessary approvals, clearances, and ensuring smooth operations of mining and crusher plant activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all statutory clearances and approvals related to mining projects (e.g., DGMS, Pollution Control Board, Mining & Geology, Forest, and Environment departments).
• Facilitate liaison with government officials, local administration, police, and revenue authorities.
• Manage renewals of mining leases, environmental consents, and other statutory permits.
• Coordinate with local bodies, Gram Panchayat, and landowners for site access, land acquisition, and community relations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of licenses, permits, and NOCs.
• Ensure compliance with Mining Regulations, Explosive Rules, and other legal requirements.
• Assist management in resolving regulatory or local issues affecting project progress.
• Support CSR activities and maintain good relationships with local stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit liaison reports, correspondence, and documentation to concerned departments.
• Coordinate with consultants and legal teams for project approvals and representation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preference: Law / Public Administration / Mining background).
• Experience: 8–15 years of experience in liaisoning roles within mining projects, crusher plants, or construction industries.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and local regional language.
• Computer Skills: MS Office, documentation, and correspondence handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
