Liaison Officer Job Responsibilities :?

• Serve as the main liaison between the company and government offices regarding pending bills.
• ​Represent the company in all dealings and negotiations with government officials to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
• ​Oversee general administrative tasks essential for the efficient operation of the office and projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Actively explore and pursue new business opportunities, including arranging and leading meetings with potential clients to discuss project proposals.
• Conduct technical discussions with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and ensure project specifications align with client expectations and company capabilities.
• Manage and expedite the processing of pending bills with various government departments and agencies.
• ​Handle and submit expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate accounting for all project-related expenditures.

What You'll Need to Get the Job Done :

●Have any Bachelor degree from a recognized institution.

●A minimum of four to six (4 - 6) years relevant work experience in Public service or Private sector,

●Experience in liaison and permission is required.

●Strong organizational and time management skills.

●Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

●Should know verious software MS Office, WPS, Outlook Mail etc.

●Internet savvy.
