RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and various government agencies.
 - Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
 - Follow up the submitted applications for necessary approvals, licenses, and permits.
 - Track and follow up on pending applications to ensure timely acquisition of approvals and legal documents.
 - Establish and nurture relationships with key government officials, policymakers, and regulatory authorities.
 - Attend meetings, events, and forums to represent and promote the company's interests.
 - Develop a network of contacts within government bodies to facilitate advocacy efforts.
 - Understand and articulate the company position on regulatory and policy issues.
 - Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government bodies.
 - Facilitate communication and cooperation on various projects and initiatives.
 - Address the queries of any concerns or issues raised by government authorities to the NMS global Ventures team and ensure the update.
 - Represent the company interests in industry discussions and initiatives.
 - Organize and conduct stakeholder meetings, briefings, and consultations.
 - Address and manage stakeholder concerns and feedback.
 - Act as the company spokesperson during regulatory or compliance-related crises.
 - Enhance the company public image and reputation with regulatory and government bodies.
 - Manage the dissemination of information to the public and other stakeholders.
 - Ensure all public statements and communications are accurate and aligned with the company values and objectives.
 - Work closely with internal departments (e.g., legal, compliance, operations, finance) to ensure alignment on regulatory and compliance matters.
 - Implement internal policies and procedures for regulatory compliance and liaison activities.
 - Ensure internal policies are updated regularly to reflect changes in legislation and industry standards.
 - Maintain records of all regulatory and liaison activities.
 - Prepare regular reports for the Managing Director on regulatory compliance and liaison efforts.
 - Ensure all documentationis accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for audits and inspections.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
 - Experience:
 - Minimum of 10 years of experience in liaisoning, regulatory affairs, or a similar role.
 - Post graduate degree from recognized university
