Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Cross-verification and due diligence of land/property documents Understanding land ownership patterns, title verification, and legal status Coordination with government and revenue departments for approvals, NOCs, and clearances Assessing and validating land/property value based on market conditions Identifying discrepancies and assisting in negotiations and documentation Maintaining and updating legal/property records in line with company requirements. Candidate Profile: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in land/property liaison work Thorough understanding of land acquisition processes, legal paperwork, and government dealings Strong local network and familiarity with Chhattisgarh land laws and regulations Excellent communication and documentation skills Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
