Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Daily outbound calls to brokers across cities.
Build and maintain virtual broker networks.
Conduct virtual catchment research (maps, online tools).
Evaluate property leads (visibility, size, frontage, etc.).
Update lead tracker with feedback & insights.
Ensure continuous pipeline of qualified retail property leads.
Pitch Lenskarts expansion plan to brokers/owners.
Coordinate with BD team for property reviews & documentation.
Share market insights and broker performance updates.

Sales & Acquisition Skills (Important New Requirement)

Use sales techniques to persuade brokers/owners.
Strong cold calling, target chasing & objection handling.
Prior telesales/inside sales/customer acquisition experience preferred.

Key Requirements

1–3 years
experience in tele-calling, real estate coordination, lead generation, or inside sales.
Strong spoken English and/or Hindi.
Basic knowledge of retail property evaluation (training provided).
Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
Self-driven, high ownership, target-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or similar fields.
Experience in virtual scouting/inside sales in retail, e-commerce, or real estate.
Familiarity with Tier 1–3 commercial markets in India.
