Lender Review - US Mortgage

As a Project Review and Analysis Analyst in our company, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and evaluating the financial stability of condo projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough reviews of condo project documentation to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines. - Analyzing project financials, legal documents, insurance policies, and other pertinent materials. - Evaluating the financial stability, governance structure, and overall condition of condo associations. You will also be responsible for identifying and assessing risks associated with lender projects, providing recommendations to mitigate risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will prepare detailed reports, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings to internal stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in risk management, US Mortgage, or Underwriting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in the mortgage, banking, or financial services industry, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and certification in risk management or credit analysis. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, strong teamwork, and high ethical standards are essential for this role.
