LEISURE CLUB MANAGER – EVENT ORGANIZER & FACILITY COORDINATOR

Location: Malabo, Equatorial Guinea

Opening a vacancy for the position of Leisure Club Manager, responsible for the overall coordination of club operations, event organization, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all members and guests.

Main Responsibilities

● Oversee the daily operations of the leisure club, ensuring all areas function efficiently and professionally.

● Plan, organize, and coordinate events, recreational activities, and social programs for members and visitors.

● Supervise the work teams (reception, bar, maintenance, sports, and hospitality).

● Ensure that all facilities, equipment, and service areas are well maintained and operating safely.

● Manage reservations, schedules, and member relations.

● Coordinate with suppliers, entertainers, and external partners for special events.

● Guarantee excellent customer service and uphold the image and standards of Club Royal Palm.

● Prepare activity reports and assist management in strategic planning.

Job Requirements

● Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Recreation, or Business Administration.

● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing leisure clubs, resorts, or hospitality centers.

● Fluency in English or French (knowledge of both will be an advantage).

● Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

● Creative mindset with the ability to design and promote engaging events.

● High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and customer focus.

● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when events require.
