Key Responsibilities:-

Legal Project Delivery & Quality Management

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of legal drafting, research, and case preparation tasks across domains such as immigration, personal injury, probate, family law, civil litigation, etc.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality control in all drafts and legal documents.
• Review, provide feedback, and maintain quality standards across the teams output.

Client Coordination & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary liaison for international clients (US/UK).
• Understand client requirements, expected formats, and jurisdiction-specific processes.
• Manage escalations with professional problem-solving and clear communication.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead and mentor legal associates; provide guidance on drafting, research, and case workflows.
• Train new team members on drafting standards, writing style, and process compliance.
• Monitor workload distribution, performance quality, timelines, and adherence to SOPs.

Operational Excellence & Reporting

• Ensure smooth workflow management and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations.
• Maintain structured documentation, case notes, and internal trackers.

Core Requirements:-

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in legal team handling or legal project management.
• Strong understanding of US/UK legal processes, documentation styles, and standards.
• Experience managing end-to-end legal matters, including drafting, research, deadlines, and client coordination.
• Excellent English communication skills - clear writing, structured email communication, and confident client interaction.
• Ability to lead, train, and guide a team while maintaining high quality and consistency.
