Legal Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced legal professional (78 years) to provide off-role support in

drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements. The resource will also assist

with data privacy compliance, maintain accurate records, track timelines, and ensure timely

execution and renewal of agreements, supporting the in-house legal team in day-to-day

operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited

to:

• Master Service Agreement/Service agreements

• NDAs / Confidentiality agreements

• Vendor contracts, SOW etc.

• Review of internal client/vendor business related agreements, POs etc.

• Assist in risk assessment and advisory support on contractual and commercial matters.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts comply with company policies and

applicable laws.

• Maintain contract records and trackers; ensure deadlines for renewals, extensions, and

compliance are met.

• Assist in drafting agreements, Engagement letters, notices, or legal communications as

required.

• Support in litigation or regulatory matters, if required (Optional).

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Indian contract law and commercial laws; exposure to international

contracts is a plus.

• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts independently.

• Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines and perform under tight deadlines.

• Proactive in monitoring legal/regulatory changes and updating stakeholders.
