Legal Services Specialist

As an Assistant or Deputy Manager in Legal Services, you will play a crucial role in the Enterprise Legal Management Solutions team. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in legal outsourcing and pre-sales, you will utilize your LLB degree to provide end-to-end support in developing solutions for various legal services, including contracts management, data privacy, litigation management, regulatory compliance, legal operations, and corporate secretarial services. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with sales and practice teams to identify client needs, design customized solutions, and lead the RFP/RFI response process by defining solution approaches, preparing process flows, implementation plans, and commercial models. Additionally, you will participate in proactive pitches, develop thought leadership content, and support demand generation initiatives while staying updated with legal tech tools and integrating them into proposed solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in areas such as contracts management, data privacy, litigation management, regulatory compliance, legal operations, IP management, and corporate secretarial services. Familiarity with legal tech tools and platforms, including CLM and IP management solutions, is essential. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for effective collaboration across sales, legal, delivery, and technology functions. An analytical, solution-oriented approach combined with experience in legal services pre-sales within the outsourcing or managed legal services industry is desired. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and exposure to AI/ML applications in legal services will be advantageous.
