As an Assistant / Deputy Manager in Legal Services at our company, your role will involve working with the Enterprise Legal Management Solutions team. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end support in developing solutions for legal services, including contracts management, data privacy, litigation management, regulatory compliance, legal operations, and corporate secretarial services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with sales and practice teams to identify client needs and design customized solutions. - Leading the RFP/RFI response process by defining the solution approach, preparing process flows, implementation plans, and commercial models. - Participating in proactive pitches by analyzing clients' landscape and requirements. - Developing thought leadership content such as whitepapers and points of view on emerging trends in legal services. - Supporting demand generation initiatives and internal training on legal service offerings. - Staying updated with legal tech tools and integrating contract lifecycle management (CLM) and intellectual property (IP) platforms into proposed solutions. You should possess the following skills and competencies: - Experience in areas such as contracts management, data privacy, litigation management, regulatory compliance, legal operations, IP management, and corporate secretarial services. - Familiarity with legal tech tools and platforms, including CLM and IP management solutions. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across sales, legal, delivery, and technology functions. - Exposure to AI/ML applications in legal services is an added advantage. The ideal candidate for this role is analytical, solution-oriented, and has experience in legal services pre-sales within the outsourcing or managed legal services industry. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
