Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Secretary based in Ahmedabad. The Legal Secretary will manage administrative and clerical tasks, such as preparing and organizing legal documents, managing schedules and diaries, and assisting legal professionals in daily activities. The role involves liaising with clients, maintaining records, and supporting the legal team to ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of legal processes, including knowledge of Law, Legal Document Preparation, and legal terminology.
• Experience in supporting legal professionals, with skills in Legal Assistance and familiarity with procedures in a legal environment.
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including multitasking, document management, and accurate data entry.
• Effective organizational abilities, such as Diary Management and schedule coordination.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Legal Studies or Administrative Support is preferred.
