To support legal recovery operations by preparing notices, coordinating with lawyers, collecting evidence, monitoring litigation, and ensuring timely follow-up for recovery of outstanding dues. Plays a key role in pre-legal, legal processes, and compliance-based recovery.
• Prepare and issue demand notices to defaulters.
• Follow up with customers for payments post-notice issuance.
• Maintain records of responses, commitments, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with external lawyers for filing suits, arbitration proceedings, and follow-up hearings.
• Provide necessary documents, contracts, and proofs related to default cases.
• Track litigation dates, submit documents to courts, and prepare case bundles.
• Gather required customer data, agreements, payment history, and communication records.
• Maintain updated records for legal proceedings.
• Ensure accuracy of case files submitted to legal teams.
• Work with CRM, Finance & Legal departments to collect pending dues details.
• Communicate case status updates to various departments.
• Ensure proper escalation for high-value or critical cases.
• Visit courts, legal firms, and government offices to submit or collect documents.
• Assist in enforcement activities where necessary.
• Maintain recovery registers, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Update management on recovery progress, pending cases, and legal risks.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
