Job Description

As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks including: - Litigation Management: Handling litigation cases related to Consumer, IPR, Property, Recovery, etc. Coordinating with external lawyers and ensuring effective case management. This includes preparing management reports and collecting feedback from concerned business teams. - Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks. - Expertise in Customs and DRI Laws: Proficiency in customs regulations and DRI investigations to provide necessary advice and opinions. - Knowledge of Laws and Regulations: Stay updated and informed about relevant laws and regulations. Provide day-to-day legal advice on manufacturing and sales-related matters. - Self-Motivated and Responsible: Demonstrate self-motivation, readiness to take additional responsibilities, and ability to work proactively. - Communication Skills: Ability to fluently communicate in English and local languages. - Hardworking and Flexible: Exhibit a strong work ethic, willingness to travel on short notice, and readiness to relocate to any part of India.
