Legal Intern

You will be joining Lawgenix Legal Solutions as a Legal Intern based in Rudrapur. Your role will involve assisting in legal research, preparing cases, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to observe court proceedings, support the team in litigation matters, and handle regulatory issues. Your responsibilities may also include organizing case files, analyzing legal provisions, and maintaining accurate documentation for ongoing cases. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in legal research and case preparation - Draft legal documents, including contracts and agreements - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements - Observe court proceedings and support the team in litigation matters - Organize case files and maintain accurate documentation - Analyze legal provisions for ongoing cases Qualifications: - Strong skills in Legal Research and Analytical Thinking - Proficiency in Drafting Legal Documents, including contracts and agreements - Knowledge of Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and Regulatory Compliances - Attention to detail and excellent Proofreading abilities for legal accuracy - Good Communication and Team Collaboration skills - Ability to work on-site, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively - Enrollment in or completion of a Law degree program is required - Prior internship experience in a legal environment is a plus,
