As part of the team at Jar, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and redlining various agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, and Service Level Agreements. Coordination with internal teams for SOPs and policies, as well as maintaining and updating MIS trackers, will be a key aspect of the role. Additionally, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational requirements will be necessary. The ideal candidate for this role should have a BA, LLb degree with an interest or experience in the FinTech industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential. Basic knowledge of laws related to fintech, intellectual property, corporate laws, and financial services is desirable. The internship duration is 3 months, with a working model of 5 days per week from the office.
