Legal Executive

Job Purpose:

To manage legal documentation, land due diligence, and compliance activities related to plotted development projects, ensuring smooth execution of property transactions and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land title verification, legal due diligence, and property documentation review.
  
• Liaise with government departments, surveyors, and advocates for land approvals and registration processes.
  
• Draft and vet sale deeds, agreements, MoUs, and other property-related legal documents.
  
• Support in obtaining project approvals, layout sanctions, and other statutory clearances.
  
• Maintain records of legal documents and update the legal tracker for all projects.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Sales, Liaison, etc.) for legal support.
  
• Handle customer queries related to property documents during registration.
  

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of property laws, land documentation, and registration process.
  
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
  
• Good coordination and follow-up ability with departments and external agencies.
  
• Attention to detail and legal accuracy.
  

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB)
