Legal Executive - Contract Management

Role Overview: As a Legal Executive at NES Fircroft, your role will involve providing legal support in the Global Supplier Process, managing contract management, and overseeing the contract life cycle. You will work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with business and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal team support in Global Supplier Process, Contract Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management. - Manage the repository of contracts in NES Fircroft's internal contract management tools. - Handle the contract lifecycle process, including renewals, approvals, and drafting amendments. - Monitor contractual timelines and provide advice to various teams. - Support internal audit teams in gathering correct information related to contracts. - Review contracts for compliance with supplier/vendor management requirements. - Coordinate with suppliers on contract renewals and address any concerns or requests. - Resolve queries related to previously executed contracts. - Assess commercial liability and risk, making recommendations for appropriate action. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Law graduate with 1 year of relevant experience in contract lifecycle management. - Legal & Communication Skills: Excellent legal drafting and communication skills (written & spoken). - Time Management: Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. - Interpersonal & Presentation Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to maintain relationships with various functions within the company.
