Job Description

Draft, review, and finalize various legal documents, including: Sale deeds Agreement to sell Lease/rent agreements Power of Attorney Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) Title reports Ensure timely and legally compliant preparation of project documentation. Conduct legal due diligence of properties and coordinate with external legal advisors when needed. Maintain records of legal documentation and ensure safekeeping and confidentiality. Liaise with registration authorities, government bodies, and regulatory agencies for legal formalities and approvals. Support litigation processes by preparing necessary legal drafts and coordinating with external counsels. Stay up to date with property laws, RERA regulations, and other applicable legislation. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, CRM, projects) for contract management and risk mitigation. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s Degree (LLM) is an advantage. 2–5 years of experience in legal drafting in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of property laws, contract law, RERA, and related legal frameworks. Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office and legal documentation tools.
