Reports to

Senior Legal Counsel

Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to
Help deliver, manage and support legal work required by the Company and to provide inhouse support for the legal functions of the Company. Assist the Company to meet its short-term and long-term business objectives within the overall strategy framework.

Key Accountabilities

Provide legal advice to stakeholders at various levels of the organization on relevant subject to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and protection of Company s commercial interest.

Drafts, negotiates, and advises commercial agreements (international and domestic) as per the business requirements.

To understand from business and operating team and formalize their understanding with clients, vendors etc. such as RFPs, work orders, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs etc.

Have a repository and data base of all signed contracts that the Company has and ensure that contracts are signed by appropriate authorities in the Company

To provide insight on various Laws applicable to the Company including GDPR, US Laws including CCPA, Indian data protection laws (DPDPA), Laws pertaining to Employee Contracts etc.

Assists in developing and delivering training and legal risk management initiatives to senior management in managing legal risks (e. g. business training, legal updates, etc

Helps to implement best-practices in compliance, contracts management, intellectual property, data protection, IT, Litigation and/or M&A
