Legal Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external advocates, law firms, and internal teams for case updates and documentation
• Track legal matters, hearings, and deadlines without direct court handling
• Maintain and organize legal records, agreements, notices, and case-related documentation
• Assist in preparing drafts of legal correspondence, notices, replies, and internal reports
• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of legal documents as per statutory and organizational requirements
• Maintain an updated legal tracker for ongoing and closed matters
• Support the legal team during audits, compliance checks, and due diligence activities
• Act as a communication bridge between internal departments and external legal partners
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or relevant legal qualification preferred
• 13 years of experience in

  legal coordination, documentation, or compliance support

• Basic understanding of legal procedures and terminology
• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in corporate, compliance-driven, or regulated industries (e.g., pharma, healthcare, manufacturing)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail
