Job Title - Legal Associate

Years of Experience - 7-8 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and opinions on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, regulations, litigation, and compliance.
• Conducting legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations, and analyzing the impact on clients.
• Assisting in dispute resolution, representing clients in legal proceedings, or coordinating with external counsel in litigation cases.
• Ensuring that clients adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identifying and evaluating legal risks and proposing strategies to mitigate them.
• Overseeing the organization and maintenance of legal documents and records.
• Advocating on behalf of clients in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings, when necessary.
• Ability to prepare Sale agreements, deeds related documents, maintain records, liaison with company advocates collate necessary title revenue documents.
• Assist directors of the company in drafting, preparing letters, reports, minutes of meetings and managing routine administrative matters.
• Provide legal advice and representation on various matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Prepare legal briefs and necessary documents.
