Role & Responsibilities Coordinate with consultants and project teams. Regularly visit the ongoing sites to understand project progress related issues. Ensure all project designs developed by design consultants comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards. Communicate effectively with all consultants, engineers and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met. Assist in the selection of project materials, services and new technologies. Resolve any problems and design related issues promptly. Report to D&D (Design & Development) Team Leader Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture Min. 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project coordination. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Soft Skills AutoCAD Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) Sketch up Revit (Preferred but not mandatory) Building Information Modelling - BIM (Preferred but not mandatory) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
