Job Description

Assist Sr. Executive in Handling & Managing all kind of land and projects Sale Deed and Satakhat Drafting and registration & Preparation of all kind of legal documents i.e. POA, agreements, deeds, bonds, affidavits, etc. as per instructions
Coordinate with legal BOA for timely completion of work.
Carry out Sale MIS Update in Project Master Data in Excel Sheet
Assist Sr. Executive in All Land Title Clearance & Deed Procedures as per instructions
Handling for completion of master file of lands and projects
Handling all kind of offices Legal & Liaison Documents work
All kinds of Agency Agreement Extra work Agreement & etc. Drafting & Agency Related Compliance.
Carry out all Projects RERA Related to Working, filling & query resolving as per Sr. Executive instructions.
Assist in resolve and Manage Court matters & Litigation matters
Property /Land/ Projects Title Verification and Search Works
Carry out and manage Society registration procedures
Documentation filling management project specific.
Carry out any other work as and when asked by immediate HOD/Management
Minimum B. Law or similar
Excellent knowledge of legal law and procedure
Excellent legal drafting and communications skills and proficiency in English and other languages (written & spoken)
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, managing deadlines to meet management expectations
