Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Documentation Filing of Clients.
Maintaining Hard Copy records in Files of Original Hard Copy Documents.
Providing Documents to clients in case of requirements after sale.
Screening KYC Documents received from Clients.
E-mailing of all the documentations of Clients.
Generating Customer IDs of Clients after KYC documents Screening.
Handling filing of all employees channel partner vendors etc.

Key Skills & Qualification:

Organizing, updating and maintaining physical and digital files.
Zero-error approach to filing and data entry.
Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Good proficiency in English and local language.
Preferred: Graduate in any discipline: Company Law, Commerce and Legislative Law (LLB), LLB: Intellectual Property Rights, Business Law, LLB (Hons.): Intellectual Property Rights, Business Law
1–2 years of experience in documentation, record management, back-office or admin role
