Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, issue, and manage all client agreements, renewals, and terminations.

2. Coordinate with clients for agreement renewals, payments, and compliance requirements.

3. Manage office supplies, stationery, and consumables stock levels.

4. Prepare daily/weekly reports on client occupancy, maintenance issues, and operations status.

5. Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and communicate updates professionally.

Key Skills & Qualification:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and documentation ability
  • .Understanding of compliance and business documentation standards
  • .Proactive attitude with problem-solving approach.
  • Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Management
  • 1–3 years of experience in coworking / facility management / office operations preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,199.51 - ₹25,000.00 per month
