Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Legal Associate located in Mumbai. The Legal Associate will be responsible for tasks such as conducting title checks, handling contract review and drafting, and providing support for legal operations. Additional responsibilities will include process optimization, client help desk management.

Qualifications

• Skills in contract review, drafting, negotiation, and contract obligation management
• Familiarity with legal operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively without much supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field
• Experience in the legal field is a plus
