Job Opening: Legal Associate (2 Positions)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (based on interview)

Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee-related issues like complaints, disciplinary actions, and investigations

• Draft and review legal documents, notices, and HR policies

• Ensure compliance with Indian labour and employment laws

• Coordinate with HR, legal team, and external lawyers

• Research legal updates and provide practical legal advice

• Assist in corporate legal matters and represent the company in legal hearings

Required Knowledge:

• Indian Labour & Employment Laws

• Civil, Criminal, Contract, and Property Laws

• Drafting of notices, contracts, and policies

• Legal procedures and compliance

Eligibility:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a legal or corporate role

• Strong in legal drafting and communication

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Experience in a law firm is a plus

• Good English communication is preferred
