Job Description :
Create templates for DC BU contracts, including MSAs, NDAs and other relevant legal documents
Define and update regulatory and compliance requirements for the business both in India and other applicable geographies, including compliance with all applicable labour laws.
Participate in contract review and negotiation for contracts and SLAs, for customers, vendors and partners
Track SLAs breaches and assist with response to and negotiations with customer
Litigation support and management
Data security and compliance
Support with documentation for certifications like MeiTY empanelment, ISO, SOC 2, and other key DC certifications.
Conduct regular audits on compliance with such certification standards and requirements.
Should have experience connecting with regulators and government authorities such as MeiTY, DOT, TRAI, etc.
Liaise with external legal consultants as required.
