Job Description :
Prior work experience of handling Land Acquisition matters, Arbitration matters etc.
Prior experience of appearing and representing clients before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
Proficient in drafting SLPs, Counter Affidavit, Writs, SOC, SOD, Evidence and had earlier briefed Senior Counsels including ASG's & SG.
Proficient in English and Hindi language.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Thorough Knowledge of Right to Fair Compensation Act, 2013, Land Acquisition Act, 1894, National Highways Act 1956, Civil Procedure Code, Evidence etc
