Law Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, including those related to

  Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions

  .
• Prepare, review, and maintain statutory documentation for

  Companies, Establishments, Firms, and Institutions

  .
• Ensure compliance with State, National, and International legal systems, policies, and regulations.
• Provide legal opinions, risk assessments, and support for governance and compliance matters.
• Handle corporate legal issues related to

  Company Law, Labour Law, Civil Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law, and Environmental Law

  .
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies for legal procedures and audits.
• Communicate legal concepts clearly across teams in English, Tamil,

Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Hands-on experience with statutory compliances and corporate documentation.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Strong governance and compliance orientation.
• Positive attitude with a solution-oriented approach and result-driven mindset
