Law Officer

Role & responsibilities

i. Able to handle all legal matters related to real estate projects, including land acquisition, development, joint ventures, leasing and sale transactions.

ii. Able to draft, review and vet legal documents such as sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, joint venture agreements, MOUs, etc. to ensure its accuracy, authenticity and compliance with legal requirements.

iii. Able to conduct due diligence on property titles and compliance with property, RERA and municipal laws.

iv. Able to manage and monitor litigation related to property disputes, land acquisition, tenancy or regulatory issues by coordinating with external counsels.

v. Able to provide legal support for project launches, customer agreements, conveyance and housing society formation.

vi. Able to assist finance team and prepare documentation for project loan/construction loan/business development loan etc.

vii. Maintain updated knowledge of change in real estate laws, regulations and local by-laws.

viii. Able to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a certified professional law officer who will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the companys real estate operations with a special focus on land acquisition, due diligence, compliance, contracts and litigation. They are able to prepare and review legal documents relating to real estate , negotiate the terms and conditions of real estate transactions  and facilitate the transfer of titles.
