i) Ability to lead, manage and mentor the sales team to ensure performance and productivity targets are met.
ii) Able to build strong client relationships for both pre-sales (generating and nurturing leads) and post-sales ( ensuring customer satisfaction and retention).
iv) Able to identify potential clients from different platforms and ensure prompt responsiveness to sales enquiries to maximize conversions.
v) Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends, identify growth opportunities and collaborate with other departments including marketing, legal, administration and engineering to optimize the sales process and resolve customer issues.
vi) Handling customer queries and issues related to documentation, payments and possession and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction after sale and facilitate repeat business.
vii) Ability to monitor collections and ensure that sales revenue targets are attained with stipulated timelines.
