You will play a crucial role as a Sales & Marketing Executive at Shree Sai Infrastructure Development, a construction-based real estate company. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential business clients. You will focus on building and nurturing client relationships through proactive outreach, detailed market research, and effective lead management. Additionally, you will be required to develop digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads through platforms like 99 acres, Magic Bricks, Housing, etc. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning and executing social media pages, running ads, and creating content to generate leads. - Handling digital platforms like 99 acres, Magic Bricks, Housing to share property listings, provide virtual tours, and monitor them regularly to generate leads. - Identifying potential clients through cold calling and other platforms, understanding their needs, and offering suitable properties. - Conducting in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends and make informed decisions. - Implementing effective planning, scheduling, and executing sales projects using SEO best practices. - Selling properties by arranging site visits, providing virtual tours, and achieving monthly sales targets. - Assisting in preparing sales agreements, legal documents, and completing paperwork. - Keeping track of targets and implementing action plans. - Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and updating client cards for key clients. - Assisting in team handling and monitoring team members. Qualifications required: - UG: B.B.A/B.M.S in any Specialization - PG: MBA/PGDM in any Specialization - Experience: 2 to 5 years Note: Salary range is 2.5 - 3 lacs per annum.
