  contract analysis and reporting capabilities. 

• Engage

  with clients —

  Serve

  as a subject matter expert during client interactions,

  understanding

  requirements and

  delivering

  clear, compliant solutions. 

• Document

  processes and compliance rules —

  comprehensive records and

  documentation to

  support

  continuous improvement and audit readiness. 

• Communicate

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

• Legal Expertise:

  Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management. 

• Experience

  -3-5 Years in the legal domain 

• Technical Proficiency:

  Experience with AI-driven contract tools and software for document review and data extraction. 

• Analytical Skills:

  Ability to

  interpret

  complex contract language and

  extract

  meaningful business insights. 

• Quality Focus:

  Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and process compliance. 

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal skills to

  collaborate

  with diverse teams and clients.
