Job Description

Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and government authorities. Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, contracts, and agreements. Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, case notes, and strategies. Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with external counsels, law enforcement, and other stakeholders when required. Maintain detailed case records and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements. Stay updated on new laws, amendments, and judicial precedents relevant to assigned cases. Participate in mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
