Role: Legal Contract Specialist

Experience: 2 to 4 years

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Facilitate communication with branches to draft and execute Agreements.

Monitor the validity and expiration of Agreements, and notify relevant branches/Client Account Managers for renewal.

1. Maintain a comprehensive contact management system to ensure efficient communication with branches, clients, Client Account Managers, and other relevant stakeholders.

2. Conduct thorough review of Agreement contents for compliance and adherence to agreed terms before seeking

   CEO approval.

3. Regularly update Management on Agreement status, maintain soft and hard copies, and archive them in the Agreement folder.

4. Coordinate with clients and

   Client Account Managers

   to address Agreement clauses and provide clarification.

5. Coordinate with Business Development Managers/Client Account Managers regarding client-provided Agreements, ensuring accuracy of Registered Office,

   CIN, and

   Operational Address.

6. Obtain pricing approval from the Competent Authority and update the Master Agreement tracker accordingly.

7. Thoroughly comprehend Agreement details and provide explanation to the Competent Authority prior to signing.

8. Redraft Agreements upon client request and share information with Client Account Managers/Clients as needed.

9. Complete Vendor Registration forms and provide statutory information as required.

10. Provide

    Management Information System (MIS)

    reports on progress and areas for improvement.

11. Draft supplementary contractual documents as necessary to facilitate execution, such as variation order notifications/acceptances and critical issues.\

12. Conduct contract compliance analysis, price risk analysis, and monitor Change Orders, Renewals, and Termination alerts.

13. Maintain records to serve as an audit trail and easily accessible evidence, mitigating risk.

Skills required:

- Proficiency in contract drafting
