Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance and support on a wide range of matters. The Legal Advisor will play a key role in ensuring that the organization’s operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts, mitigating legal risks, and representing the company in legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support to management and various departments.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Ensure the company complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Advise on corporate governance, regulatory issues, intellectual property, employment law, and other legal topics.

Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.

Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation, including preparing legal documents and representing the organization in hearings if necessary.

Conduct legal research and keep up to date with legislative changes.

Assist in developing internal policies and procedures to minimize legal risk.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); a Master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred.

License to practice law in .

[3-4]+ years of legal experience, preferably in high court.

Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and contract law.

Excellent analytical, research, and negotiation skills.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
