The Legal Advisor for Agricultural Land Records in Real Estate is responsible for providing legal support and expertise in managing and resolving issues related to agricultural land records, property rights, and real estate transactions. This role includes assisting with legal documentation, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with relevant agricultural /commercial and real estate laws and regulations. We are also seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal executive to support our Real Estate legal functions. The role involves working on diverse legal matters including documentation regulatory liaison, and contractual support, ensuring legal compliance and liability protection across our real estate operations Due Diligence and Land Records Management: Conduct thorough due diligence and title searches to verify the accuracy and authenticity of agricultural land records and real estate properties. Assist clients in obtaining, reviewing, and maintaining accurate agricultural land records and real estate documentation, including title deeds, survey reports, and land use permits. Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving disputes related to agricultural land ownership, boundary issues, water rights, land encroachments, and real estate transactions. Prepare legal documents and support senior legal professionals in litigation, mediation, or arbitration processes. Compliance and Regulatory Guidance: Ensure compliance with agricultural land laws, real estate regulations, and zoning laws. Stay updated on changes in agricultural and real estate laws and advise clients accordingly. Assist clients in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for agricultural land development and real estate projects. CANDIDATES SHOULD KNOW TO READ & WRITE KANNADA.
