Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune, India, for a Leasing Specialist. The responsibilities include marketing available workspaces, facilitating lease agreements, executing lease administration tasks, and supporting resident retention through excellent client service. The Leasing Specialist will also collaborate with the team to meet leasing goals, assist with client inquiries, conduct property tours, and ensure a smooth leasing process to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lease Administration and preparing, reviewing, and managing leases
• Excellent Customer Service and Resident Retention capabilities to address client needs and foster long-term relationships
• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients, resolve inquiries, and provide accurate information
• Additional experience or knowledge in commercial real estate or property management is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting and handle multiple responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a similar field
