Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Specialist located in Pune. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day leasing activities, including facilitating lease agreements, ensuring tenant retention, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves managing lease administration tasks, maintaining effective communication with residents and potential tenants, and supporting the overall leasing process to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Leasing Retention and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in executing Lease agreements and understanding Lease Administration
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
