Job Description

A property acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and acquiring real estate properties for various purposes, like investment, development, or company growth. Key responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition: This includes market research, analyzing trends, and assessing property values to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Negotiate Rental agreements: Engage with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and close deals.
  • Manage due diligence processes: This involves inspections, assessments, and coordinating with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships: Building strong connections with real estate agents, brokers, and other key players is crucial for sourcing opportunities and navigating the acquisition landscape.
  • Prepare and present acquisition proposals: Communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to senior management to secure approvals for potential acquisitions.
  • Monitor market trends and regulations: Staying up-to-date on local and regional real estate conditions, zoning laws, and other relevant policies is essential for informed decision-making and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and skills

  • Education: Any Degree
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate development, or related fields is commonly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills: The ability to effectively negotiate terms, build rapport, and communicate with diverse stakeholders is essential for securing deals and resolving issues.
  • Analytical and financial acumen: Proficiency in market research, financial modeling, valuation methods, and assessing risks and opportunities is crucial for making informed acquisition decisions.
  • Project management and organizational skills: Managing complex acquisition processes and coordinating with various teams requires excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Legal knowledge: Familiarity with real estate laws, contracts, and regulatory requirements helps navigate the legal aspects of acquisitions.
