Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage instructor certifications and renewals
  • Schedule and coordinate program activities
  • Maintain and update program data
  • Lead and support quarterly business reviews
  • Provide overall program oversight and reporting

Required

  • Education Program Management Experience: Managing educational or training programs, ideally with third-party delivery partners.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Experience working with and managing external training partners who may resell or customize VMware training content.
  • Commercial Experience: Understanding of the education business, including revenue models, Education Delivery Partner (EDP) knowledge, and training delivery lifecycle.
  • Communication and Cross-Functional Skills: Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders, working cross-functionally to support various leaders.

Nice to Have

  • Curriculum and Content Knowledge: Understanding of how educational content is structured and delivered, with the ability to collaborate with curriculum teams to align with educational goals.
  • VMware Product Knowledge: Familiarity with VMware products.

Requirements & Considerations

  • Offshore resources are acceptable, with an emphasis on cost efficiency
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage large, global instructor populations and complex program operations
