As a Senior Learning Experience Architect (LXA) at Infopro Learning Inc., you will play a crucial role in shaping client projects by leveraging your expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and cutting-edge technologies. Your primary focus will involve leading the design, development, and execution of innovative learning programs that are in line with clients' business objectives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the Instructional Design team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and contributing to process enhancements and strategic initiatives aligned with the company's vision. - Perform Learning Needs Analysis - Develop a competency framework through job-task analysis. - Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps. - Identify appropriate learning interventions for different organizational levels. - Create Learning Strategies and Design Effective Learning Programs - Collaborate with Sales/Pre-sales teams to formulate comprehensive learning strategies. - Design impactful curricula and select suitable learning methodologies. - Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions using various assessment methods. - Lead Instructional Design Teams - Provide leadership and guidance to the Instructional Design teams. - Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development. - Provide Thought Leadership in the Domain - Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies. - Contribute to industry events and forums to showcase thought leadership. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. - Advanced degrees or certifications in adult learning, instructional design, or organizational psychology are advantageous. - Minimum of 15+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field. Core Competencies: - Instructional Design: Proficiency in designing diverse learning methodologies. - Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead mid-sized teams effectively. - Business Acumen: Understanding of clients' businesses to develop aligned learning strategies. - Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Analytical and Evaluation Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in learning analytics. - Change Management: Experience in change management and supporting employees through organizational transitions. - Continuous Learning: Dedication to keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
