As an Instructional Designer, your primary focus will be on designing and developing engaging, effective learning content. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts and project teams to understand learning needs and translate them into digital learning experiences that drive performance and engagement. You’ll apply adult learning principles, instructional strategies, and tools like Articulate Rise to create content that is visually appealing, interactive, and aligned with business goals. Your role will involve developing eLearning modules, job aids, infographics, and other digital assets that support learner success. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content, incorporating feedback, and continuously improving your design approach. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning design and eager to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What are we looking for? We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented learning designer who demonstrates: Strong instructional design and content development skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks independently Adaptability and flexibility to work across different content types and tools Agility for quick learning and applying feedback constructively Team collaboration and communication skills Experience with Articulate Rise or similar tools is highly desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities: Design and develop digital learning content based on instructional design principles Collaborate with SMEs and project teams to gather content and feedback Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs Manage timelines and deliverables effectively Work independently or as part of a team Be open to working in rotational shifts as required
