Learning & Development Specialist

• Assess training needs through surveys, feedbacks, and consultation with department heads.
• Develop and deliver orientation programs for new employees.
• Design and implement continuing education and professional development programs.
• Coordinate clinical training in collaboration with medical and nursing leadership.
• Organize workshops, seminars, e-learning, and in-service training.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and return on investment.
• Maintain accurate records of employee training and certifications.
• Ensure all mandatory training is completed as per schedule.
• Collaborate with external trainers and education providers when required.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI) and ensure staff training is compliant.
• Develop training materials and manuals.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
