Transform the Future of Eldercare Through Learning

Samarth Eldercare is seeking an ambitious, systems-savvy Manager of Learning & Development to drive and shape the professional development journey for 500+ team of Care Managers and other members across India. This leader will drive both online and in-person training and certification, building a culture of care, capability, and excellence.

Our team consists mostly of educated women, 30-45 years of age, many of who have chosen to leave regular professional jobs to pursue impact. Many of them are post graduates in their respective fields.

Your Challenge

• Architect and lead L&D programs nationally, virtual and in-person, for a diverse, distributed workforce of 500+.
• Build a robust training and certification engine, transforming skills and service standards organization-wide.
• Deploy and optimize digital platforms, LMS, and e-learning content; ensure seamless adoption and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with business heads to analyse needs, design curriculum, and continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Work with and develop a network of trainers and mentors; drive a culture of lifelong learning and care.

What you should bring

• Substantive experience in Learning & Development roles (preferably at scale or across multiple locations).
• Deep expertise with digital learning systems, content creation tools, and online certification solutions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and change management skills.
• Experience balancing hands-on execution with strategic planning in a growing organization.
• Passion for helping others grow, and a genuine interest in eldercare or mission-driven environments
